  10. Me too. It works fine for me with Mosaic, ws_ftp, also the trumpet news 
  11. reader, PC Eudora, and more, but I have severe problems with the ping clients, 
  12. ws_ftpd, WSirc (the new one), WStalk (the new one), and various other things 
  13. on the net.

  15. I don't know why, or how, since i am not too knowledgable on winsocks, but 
  16. maybe someone else can point out the difference between NOVELL's winsock and 
  17. the others... I thought winsock 1.1 was a standard, but it seems to be not so.

  42. I have 2 486 DX2/66 in my office, one with 32 Megs (my main machine), and the 
  43. other with 48 megs.  I freely admit that I don't need that much ram, but both 
  44. machines are retired file servers and the RAM in the new servers was a 
  45. different type so I got the extra ram.  I had no problems whatsoever running 
  46. the latest Mosaic.  Its definitely faster at rendering graphic images, as well 
  47. as being generally faster overall.  The printing is nice to have, but it still 
  48. needs some work...
